    • When cooling demand is low: Instead of turning off the compressor completely, as in a cycling compressor, the inverter compressor slows down its speed to reduce its cooling output. It continues to operate at a lower capacity to maintain a stable and comfortable indoor temperature. This continuous operation at lower speeds is more energy-efficient than frequent on-off cycling.

The use of a variable capacity compressor allows the air conditioner to precisely match the cooling output to the cooling load, resulting in better energy efficiency and more consistent indoor comfort.
